Here is a little ditty I learned way back in grammar school:

Five little pumpkins sitting on a gate,

The First one said, Oh my it’s getting late!

The Second one said, There are witches in the air!

The Third one said, But we don’t care!

The Fourth one said, Let’s run and run and run!

The Fifth one said, It’s Halloween fun!

I have been singing this in my head since the beginning of October!

Over forty ::cough cough:: years later and one of my most wonderful memories. Loved that grammar school with all my heart!
